Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must:

  • be unused and in the same condition as received

  • not show signs of misuse, damage, or modification

  • include original packaging when applicable

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if the item does not meet these conditions.

Refunds or replacements are not provided for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper charging, overheating, liquid exposure, or physical impact.


4. Returnless Refunds

In many cases, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring the product to be returned.

This decision is made at our discretion depending on the product, situation, and order details.

Customers should not return products unless specifically instructed to do so by our support team.


5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved and a return shipment is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the product arrived damaged

  • the product was defective

  • the wrong item was delivered

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method if a return shipment is requested.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us

  • refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • items marked as final sale
